I caught up with a good friend today, and her wor

I caught up with a good friend today, and her words resonated so deeply with me. We had both been through the same rat race, dreaming big, doing big things, big speeches, big awards, big achievements. All these big things came at a cost - our physical beings, our mental health and most especially, the time we spent away from our family. “It’s okay to be small now,” she said to me. We’ve done the big. Let’s be small. If small gives us back our health. If small gives us back the times we missed with our loved ones. If small removes the pressure we’ve had all these years. And if small means more joy. Heck yeah, then let’s be small. Small is good. Let’s be small.
